What is your return policy for building materials?

We accept returns within 24 hours of delivery under specific conditions, such as quality issues or if items are damaged or missing. The product packaging must remain unopened and unused for a return to be processed.

How quickly can I expect my order to be delivered?

Orders placed between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM are typically delivered within 60 to 120 minutes, depending on your location in Bangalore. Orders placed outside these hours will be scheduled for the next business day.

What are your delivery charges?

Our delivery fees are structured as follows: orders up to ₹5,000 incur a fee of ₹199, while orders between ₹5,001 and ₹10,000 also incur a fee of ₹199. Orders above ₹10,000 qualify for free delivery.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order live. If you are using the GADI InfraMart App, you can monitor your order status directly within the app. For website orders, a real-time tracking link will be sent to you via WhatsApp.

What should I do if my order is undeliverable?

If we are unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a re-delivery fee may apply. We will attempt to contact you to verify your address before reattempting delivery.
