Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery only under the following conditions:

  1. Quality Issues
    If you receive a product with any quality-related problem, we offer a no-questions-asked replacement. We stand by the products sold on BIMcart and ensure full support in such cases.

  2. Damaged or Missing Items
    If any item is delivered damaged or found missing from your order, you may request a return or replacement within the allowed time window.

Please Note:

  • Returns are not accepted for products that were misordered or excessively ordered by the customer.

  • The return policy applies only if the product packaging is unopened and the item is unused.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed immediately and can be issued either:

  • Back to the original payment method, or

  • As BIMcart Credits, based on your preference.
